The article claims that both responded to the questionnaire by saying that they both support requiring individuals to purchase health insurance. The article goes on to claim that this information was published in the League of Women Voters, Voter Guide.

Your video proves nothing. One would have to see the actual Voter's Guide, or better yet, one would have to see the actual questionnaire that Santorum filled out.
