Plaintiffs and attorneys are in pre trial conference with da judge. Defense has not shown up and I have seen two TV cameras...film at 11...HA!

Plaintiffs and attorneys should not be in conference with the judge without the defendants attorney unless the defendants attorney is on the phone with them.
Has anyone seen Jablonski in the court room?
I don’t think there were any defense attorneys called into conf. not much info being posted on FR so I don’t know anything add’l. nothing going on in the courtroom other than waiting.
I have not anyone on at the defense table since 8:44 when I tuned in.
The judge did not come out into the court room. He sent out a clerk who announced “All parties and attorneys are asked to see the judge for a “pre-trial conf.”

the judge is there- can anyone hear what is going on? (I can see it but not hear it)
someone is on the witness stand, just got sworn in- giving testimony (my sound is so bad I cannot hear who or what is being said)
but the hearing is continuing (does that mean someone is there representing Obambi?)
The plantiff is in the witness stand; he is reading several documents authored by “The One” including his fake BC and his book, indicating that Hussein’s father was a kenyan.
The audio is not great, I will update when I can. The plaintiffs just introduced a downloaded copy of the BC and read the birth place of BHO SR. Also introduced a passage from BHO@’s book where his father was stated as being Kenyan.
Audio is spotty.
The witness has stated he has a copy of the PDF of the BC from the White HOuse website and is also discussing some pages from OBozo’s book, Dream From My Father....
Stuff about dates back in 62...discussing his father’s immigration status...

I think there would have been a summary judgemtn if no one showed up on his side.
failing to show up might have been better if all this stuff is now on court records - and has to be rebutted
