Obama Subpoena Has Macon Ties

Georgia Chief Administrative Law Judge Max Wood of Macon doesn't plan to get involved in the case involving a subpoena issued to President Barack Obama.

Deputy Chief Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi subpoenaed the president to appear at a birther hearing in Atlanta Thursday.

The case stems from a complaint alleging that President Obama isn't a natural-born citizen and can't be president. Those filing the complaint want President Obama's name removed from the ballot during Georgia's presidential primary March 6.

It appears Justice Malihi's boss does not want to get involved in this case. It also explains why the Democratic Party and Obama's attorney are attempty to circumvent judicial review by contacting the Secretary of State directly.

Don’t know about Georgia, but here the Secretary of State doesn’t get involved in such things, even if he might theoretically have the power. Once it’s sent to the administrative courts it stays there until they have ruled. They have their own administrative staff and are even in a different building.

It is always wise to stay out. The administrative courts are there for a reason, and it is not to be the minion arm of the Secretary of State.

This is a LIE.

The hearing had NOTHING to do with where Obama was born. The hearing was specifically about a US Constitutional requirement that Obama be a natural born Citizen. Since by his own admission Obama is NOT a natural born Citizen, he does not meet a requirement within the US Constitution. The hearing has some very serious Constitutional reprocussions.
