An increasing number of intruders in St. Louis are being gunned down by homeowners, due in part to a 2007 self-defense law known as the castle doctrine. But now, authorities are changing how they review apparent justifiable homicide cases.

Silly, really.
It's not as though one has time to conduct a thorough study of the situation.
How many home owners were lost under that doctrine?
I have a CCW and carry every day all day.
I believe in the castle doctrine.
However, you are correct about the woman in the last example. The BG had given up.
It is obvious that she knows nothing about guns and had no instruction at all or she would not have needed the guy with her to hold the gun for her and help her aim it.
He is the one who should be prosecuted. She should pay a lesser penalty.
No presstitute bias there, nope, none ...
Just another example of why the newspaper is called The St Louis Post-Disgrace.
I feared for my life.
Here’s the evidence (especially if something important rolled behind or out of view).
I need my attorney.
I will file a statement with my attorney. And press charges if the scum is still somehow alive.
St. Louis homeowners gunning down Holder’s “peeples” breaking into homes is the right thing to do to make a polite society. Seven is not enough.
consider the source.
As long as they take the exact same approach for POLICE INVOLVED SHOOTINGS. Arrest Every Cop that ever fires his Gun and force them to defend themselves, JUST LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE, Then I would agree with this idea.
“Just another example of why the newspaper is called The St Louis Post-Disgrace.”
When I lived in St. Louis we called in Pravda West.
Their motto: “We have more socialists per square foot than the Politburo.”
On Sunday morning you had to get there before the sun came up to get a copy. As the years when along they sold fewer and fewer copies of both.
About 15 years ago they stopped selling them. I say about 15 years ago because I got tired of the party line and decided they were both a waste of money when it came to unbiased reporting.
During the same time period the local Gannet owned daily newspaper, The Springfield News-Loser has shrunk to not much larger than a postage stamp.
Thank heavens for the Internet !
“I feared for my life. I want a lawyer. I feared for my life, I want a lawyer.”
I better write that down, just in case.
Although I evaluate the odds of my hovel being invaded as minimal.
