As a Christian woman, I pray that JoePa asked Our Lord for forgiveness for any and all wrong doings in his life. I realize this is a very difficult time for his family and I hope they find peace.

Very nice post, I agree.
In spite of those who undoubtedly will use the news as an opportunity for chest pounding displays of self righteousness.

While I question his judgement concerning Sanduski, that is between him and G*d. I pray that he is at peace.

Can someone clarify this for me?
From what I understand JoePA received secondhand information about Sandusky and that he brought this information to the proper university authority. He was not a witness himself was he?
If this is true, why has he been so demonized?

What wrongdoings?? As a PSU fan, JoePa isn’t perfect but if you are aiming the Sandusky scandal at JoePa, you are wrong.
