Wow! The other groups under fire are Christian too! Stand up for Jesus, you soldiers of the cross!
Based on the recent 9-0 decision of the supreme court affirming the 1st amendment rights of churches, I think the Christian Legal Society will win and that Vandy will be liable for some hefty damages and legal fees.
I hope the Christian Legal Society wins a lawsuit that they file. But Vanderbilt has an excellent law school and an army of lawyers.
Even the Divinity School at Vandy is PC. It is a lefty enclave. I served on a committee with the Engineering School. Of the twelve of us, only two were Christian. The rest were fashionably academic atheists.
One can only hope. This could set a bad precedent otherwise
