there should be no difference between the scan and the paper,
so why not release the paper, Barry?
Refusing to do so just tells us that the scan presented was fraudulent.

It says right in the registrar’s certification that ther document is an abstract of a text - TXE - file.
Right above the mocking smiley face.
It wasn’t a birth certificate either.
It was long form abstract.
So he pulled a David Copperfield right in front of everyone.
