Why do they let all of these stilted 'news' services decide who will moderate the debates?
The GOP should choose its own moderators and offer the product to the broadcast entities
The newsies have too much input into the system as it is now

We really need to amend the Constitution to remove the provision that says that debate moderators must be hard-line liberals.

The GOP should choose its own moderators and offer the product to the broadcast entities Or just eliminate "moderators". Have a format where each candidate can have a question for another candidate. Go round-robin, 20 seconds for the question, two minutes for the answer. Just have a referee with a timer and buzzer.
Did they have a moderator for the Lincoln-Douglas debate?
