the people would’ve gotten on the life rafts but the workers were waiting for the captain to tell them they could abondon ship. They refused to let them get on the boats. i guess the captain was already gone.

Whats funny is the way the coast guard guy calls the guy out and belittles him. That dude should be a national hero. He was absolutely disgusted with the ships captain.
