Is Mitt saying he shouldn’t be held responsible for things that happened after he was no longer associated with Bain. Why the nerve of the man.

Given that Romney won't release his tax records, how do you know that Romney is no longer associated with Bain. For all anyone knows, Romney could be continuing to pull down bucket loads of cash from Bain particularly since he was a founder. But there is a simple to disprove this. All Mitt has to do is release his tax records.

Newt will probably get better press by ticking off the establishment rather than being on the show. Good move on his part.

I don’t think those so-called Christian Leaders that endorsed Santorum have that much influence anymore beyond Iowa. For most of the country, this election is still about the economy.

> It’s funny how “Chainsaw Mitt” now wants to distance himself from Bain whenever it’s convenient.

Exactly: if Mitt wants to tout his resume as grounds for voting for him, he better be prepared to talk about ALL of it.

Let the evidence out: is Myth pro or anti government bailout? Is Myth pro or anti business? His time at Bain is fair game, IMHO.

"In the work that I had, we started a number of businesses, invested in many others and that overall created tens of thousands of jobs. So, I'm pretty proud of that record. And, by the way, in the general election, I'll be pointing out that the president took the reins of General Motors and Chrysler, closed factories, closed dealerships, laid off thousands and thousands of workers. He did it to try to save the business. We also had, on occasion, to do things that are tough to try and save a business."

First, Huckabee needs to stick to hosting his show. Didn’t he get caught in some big lie about McCain and Fred Thompson this week?

Second, I been thinking about Newt and this Bain/Romney thing and I know that Rush and Levin got mad at Newt for ersatz attacking capitalism as they saw it.

While I understand this notion....heh, frankly I’m kind of fond of a Republican that stands up and FIGHTS THE HELL BACK!

Romney did a number on Newt in Iowa and if nothing else, for all the issues one might have with Gingrich, the man doesn’t take it sitting down.

Now I know someday that might get old but I find it so refreshing I can’t get mad at Newt. Further, everybody knows Obamer’s a big class war guy....his campaign’s going to make a big deal out of it should Romney get the nomination.

I say get Romney outta there now and Newt, I remember how you tried to take it to the medial when boy-child Bill Clinton made you sit at the back of the plane, imagine, a President and the third in line to that position and Clinton acts like a little brat and doesn’t sit with the Speaker of the House.

The media made Newt look silly and childish but I saw through it, even back then. Newt’s a fighter and I like him even more for it.

So shoot me.

Newt’s campaign put out an ad saying the same thing as the “King of Bain” ads...talk about COLLUSION. He also discussed the PAC video prior to it’s release, which is even more evidence of the collusion between his campaign and the PAC.

no one had a problem with Romney and his sidekicks making lying negative ADs over Newt but now Romney comes under attack the left, FOX and the elitist establishment come to his defense .

The establishment and Romney thinks that conservatives will vote for him anyway because they think we have no where to go and we hate zero more.

Well the GOP can piss off for the way they have acted over the last 4 years and how they defeat conservatives

Mitt does retain a financial interest in Bain, but I believe it’s similar to the one Cheney had with Halliburton- a retirement package. But the company referred to in the film was no longer owned by Bain when the sh@t hit the fan.

Let him release his tax returns so we can see his involvement with Bain. I would particularly like him to explain his involvement given that Bain political donations overwhelming favor Democrats. In fact for this election cycle, Bain has already donated over $330,000 to the Democratic Party and the DCCC.

(Fortunately for Newt, 99 per cent of the audience will be watching Tebow vs. Brady anyway)

Doesn't matter, this dumb attack on venture capital and free enterprise is making Romney a sympathetic figure.

Newt is a threat to the establishment and this election is not about defeating Obama. It is about the GOP defeating We the People.

Gonna get flamed for this, but we should NOT give the GOP their win if Mittens is the nominee. If the GOP loses this election, the party will be gone, as it should be. It don't take Einstein to see that the GOP has been doing nothing to stop the progressives expect pay them lip service. All for show.

Please save yourself the trouble of pulling the fear card, you know the one about Obama and another 4 years. Mittens won't be any better, but the GOP will have effectively killed the Tea Party if Mittens wins.

You don’t really think he should spend all his air time defending every lie himself do you? If any candidate starts to do that they’ve already lost.

I swear alot of Romney haters have no ethics or morals themselves. I’m not fan of Romney. I’d much rather have Newt or Rick but come on. Are we really going to blast a captialist for being a captialist? Is that what we have dengerated ourselves into. Demeaning a candidate we don’t like by using liberal attack lines?

I get not trusting Mitt to toe the conservative line but turning on our own for values we are suppose to believe in is absurd.

Mitt Romney’s “values” are definitely not mine.

There is a difference between a person who creates and builds businesses, and one who pillages, exploits tax loopholes, and later hides his participation.

Why is Romney refusing to provide his Federal tax returns? Is he still earning income from Bain? This could be problematical for Romney, as Bain is a huge donator to the Democratic Party.

Romney is a Democrat wearing Republican camouflage.
