Is this the "major defining speech" I have heard the networks describe all morning? The one Newt was supposed to start at 9:00 a.m.? Or is that supposed to be later in the day?

Yeah, he promised a "major" announcement. He'd best say something big before it's over or I won't fall for that one from him again. I even turned on the TV to see it; and that never happens before 6pm when Bret Baier comes on (goes right back off at 7).
