The T.E.A. party people are there, but as was pointed out, getting them in one place is like herding cats. There has to be a focus of outrage to get them to come out in bands, unlike the Occupy Whatever crowds, as most of the T.E.A. people are much more serious, and the political events are largely distractions most of the time.
The T.E.A. party lurks, waiting for opportunity to pounce and efficiently incapacitate the opposition. Do not mistake apparent inactivity for lack of interest.
When the time and place is right, they are there.
