I can’t believe all these years later this is still an issue, why doesn’t Obama just order all his records opened, and end this once and for all?
My guess is that his original record is sealed because he was twice adopted. (First by Lolo Soetoro, then by his Grandparents.) He cannot get a copy of the original without a court order from a judge which Unseals it.
My further guess is that his original record is not a normal ordinary birth certificate, but is instead an affidavit of home birth. If this is in fact true, it will do horrendous political damage to him. Even if he WAS born at home in Hawaii, not having PROOF of it (other than the say so of a relative) would send an electric shock throughout the nation. The presumption of citizenship would convert to one of wary suspicion.
If things are as I have described above, Obama dare not release anything.

He had to be born on US soil. That is still in dispute....
BOTH of his parents had to be CITIZENS of the USA. That is clearly NOt the case. His ‘daddy’ was here as a foreign student studying. He already had a family-wife 7 kids -in Kenya.
That alone disqualifies Barry from being elgiible to be President.

Hmmm, maybe because he can’t. He is a creation of Bill Ayers and friends and his purpose is to destroy this country to pave the way for world communism. He is succeeding beyond their wildest dreams. Pray because the devil is on their side.
He can’t order them opened...anymore than any other adopted person can order their birth records opened.
