yes, he cut the rate for those making over 200k to go into effect 8 years later. Not to many of them at the time. However for regular folk, he signed quite a number of tax increases, including the largest in history. Great on the speeches, not so great in action. If it were not for outspending the Russians on military, ending the cold war, how would fiscal conservatives rate his terms?
