Postal rate should be alot higher than they are, and junkmail senders should pay full rate!

The postal service has allowed itself to become over regulated against the interests of their customers...our little church mails out about 50 newsletters a month at 1st class rates and about 5 or 6 are sent back because the newsletters do not meet the size requirements for 3rd class mail. The postal service spends more time looking for a reason not to deliver mail than actually delivering mail!!!
