I find it interesting that Palin has supporters among virtually ALL of the other candidates. This guy likes Perry, but apparently would prefer Palin. I've read posts and articles by plenty of Cain supporters, Bachmann supporters, and Gingrich supporters who are the same -- Palin is/was their first choice, and the one they find themselves rooting for now was their second choice.

I think it's a dynamic that's much more prominent with Palin than with any other candidate, and I think it indicates Palin is A LOT MORE POPULAR among conservatives than is generally thought.

I still wish and pray that she's our next president.

Palin is A LOT MORE POPULAR among conservatives than is generally thought.

She always was - just the PDS are/were constant and louder here (displaying their emotional hangups and insecurities) - as well as the GOP elite. Mommy Bush supported mitt openly and trashed Sarah openly, mitt/rove behind the scenes. There is no mistake - there are more "WeThePeople" type than there are those who want things status quo - they just want/demand more 'air' time.

I think it means that Palin was more a populist as compared to a conservative. Considering her support splintered to all the candidates, that means that her supporters all believe differently as to what a ‘conservative’ means.

So that would indicate, to me, that she simply said whatever the crowd wanted to hear, aka: a populist.
