To: Jim Robinson

There’s apparently a chance Romney will win Iowa.

And he’s probably going to win New Hampshire. And Virginia because no one else is going to be on the ballot.

In which case, he’s almost certainly the nominee.

If so, I’m OK with it. We just have to keep pressure on him to be as conservative as he claims to be. If it’s that or 4 more of Obama, I’m for Romney.

Saying that you want an actual conservative but will vote for Romney in the general election is like saying that you want to be paid $100 an hour, but that you will accept being paid a penny an hour.
