While I approve of the end results because I do not believe the government should control gambling, I strenuously object to the decision being made by the executive branch. I thought we keep the Congress around for more than laughs?
Did Congress pass a law authorizing the regulations to be made by the executive branch? I am confused, did not the FCC try to take over the Internet? Why is the Justice Department rendering this decision? Obviously, I am behind the power curve on this one.
