This stuff, including the EPA lunacy, is being driven by squirrels that have college degrees, but failed critical thinking and have never needed to use common sense. With the nobama POTUS, these wildeyed wackos see no one is there to slow them down, so Balls to the Wall.

It’s been my experience that the forestry officials, who actually work outside in their areas, have a good bit of common sense and expertise...but are hamstrung by many ridiculous regulations.
Hey now, don’t go disparaging my squirrel friends that way. They are pretty durn smart cookies... Not as smart as my raccoon buddies mind you you, but, still smart none the less :)
