Illegal immigrant patient finds shelter after all

GALVESTON — Two months ago Francisco Martinez feared the University of Texas Medical Branch would ship him back to Mexico with a broken back and an uncertain fate because he is undocumented. Instead of going to Mexico, three days before Christmas he moved from his hospital bed at UTMB into temporary housing in Houston with his family.

Well in this issue in particular is about someone who chose to come here illegally and work illegally. He's in this position because of his choices, not because the US screwed him. The company who hired him should also be held accountable for his expenses, since they also collaborated in his scheme. If those who hire illegals in order to cut their costs are held accountable for hospital bills like these, they will be less likely to hire illegals

If the story of how he got hurt is true, the worst lawyer in the world would have him owning the bait shop within 2 years.
