Larry the Cable Guy could beat Obama. If this president isn’t a one-termer, then no president is one.
As always, the biggest issue we have is getting the right guy nominated. If we do that, beating Obama should not be a problem.
Hell yes he can and he will. That is why the msm and the dimoKKKRATS are in high gear smearing Newt all they can. They are telling us who they fear the most.
NEWT WILL beat Obama.
Even with Ron Paul as a third party candidate.
Christopher Ruddy has this theory: “...Right now, Republican candidates are spending $10 million or more to besmirch Gingrich. I think such attacks will backfire and Gingrich will continue to rise.....”
This was my theory of a few days ago. 10 million of negative ads picking on just one person in the small media state of Iowa will reach a nauseating tipping point and I too think it will backfire.
I guess we’ll see.
A ham sandwich could beat Obama.
The Democrats and Obama still look like Loony Tunes and Daffy Duck. It’s sad to think we have trouble beating these cartoonish-type characters. Yes, definitely Larry the Cable Guy over Obama. Also Ace Ventura for that matter.
I don’t know if Obama will have a Billion dollar campaign fund or not, but that is irrelevant. He will be given well over a Billion dollars worth of free advertisement, and attacks on his opponent by the Media.
Add to that his free bus, his free use of Air Force One, which he is already using in his campaign, and his free air time for his “major” speech’s once a week.
Jimmy Carter can beat Obama in 2012!
interesting take that is seemingly independent of the millions of $ of negative ads.
makes some sense.
but can Gingrich really survive it? If he does not get crushed after $10 million of sewage is dumped on him, then I think so.
I just sent him some money last night.
Newt has the ability, if he maintains a willingness and is not deterred by ankle biters and the oncoming media full court press.
He has been targeted for a long time by the media, and knows what to expect.
Batting practice perhaps?
Never underestmate a Billion dollar campaign fund and a corrupt Media, bent of controlling the public.
You are gravely mistaken. Obama will be harder to defeat this time around than he was in 2008. MUCH HARDER.
Even Porky Pig before he became a ham sandwich should beat Obama. Course that’s how I felt first time around. How was I to know half the country was seduced into thinking it was “cool” to vote for him. Think four years of looniness fixed the “cool” problem? Let’s hope so.
Yep, and he’s the only candidate on the GOP side who has any idea what kind of heat is to be expected. He and Sarah Palin have been attacked more viciously than anyone I can remember. Even more so than Reagan I think, though he was attacked too.
That experience in the 90’s is helping Newt weather this storm. He has clearly learned a lot. I don’t think anyone else would have survived the past three weeks besides Newt, let alone the crap he took in the 90s.
Newt is still holding on in spite of the shameful attacks by our own party. There is an underlying strength here that they never pondered.
I believe he will come out on top also.
The fact that he is back and willing to take it adds a few points in his column for many voters.
Junk yard dogs are not pretty, but they do pack a bite.
The wrecking of the economy by Obama and his minions will reverberate in the minds of voters next fall. This Christmas will be very bleak thanks to his incompetent mishandling of the situation.
Voters will remember the trips not taken because of the high fuel prices (owing to Zero's programs discouraging domestic drilling and the chokehold of the anti-business EPA). Skyrocketing food prices this season will mean less festive Christmas meals. And the staggering lack of jobs spell a dreary time for families this Christmas and New Years.
In short, the dismal economy is Obama's albatross. Republicans can make the most of this situation, creating an historic opportunity for a GOP sweep at all branches of government. America is sick and tired of Obama and his henchmen. Without question, the DemonRATS will be massively repudiated come November 2012.
ANY of our candidates can and MUST defeat Hussein.
