The radical left (Obama, et al) in action again. Working hard to destroy the RIGHTS OF CITIZENS and support illegal, law-breaking invaders which includes total failure of the federal government to do its job protecting our borders.

Just more votes for Obama. Another IN YOUR FACE AMERICA from the DemoRats.

This is the kind of judicial overeach, basically negating the will of the people, that infuriates Americans.

If the new laws in SC are unconstitutional, send it up to the SCOTUS. If SCOTUS decides the state laws are unconstitutional, then it is up to the Congress to decide on a political remedy.

I said the remedy is poltical for good reason. The person ordering that our immigration laws not be enforced is in the White House. The remedy is twofold: impeach him or force him to enforce the immigration laws.

Since Congress acts as though neutered, the people can vote BHO2 out of office next year. That is how our system, our government, operates.

Not fast enough, you say?

The alternative is violence. Once that happens all bets are off on the results.

Uh, you forgot the excerpt:
A federal judge on Thursday blocked three key provisions of South Carolina's controversial law cracking down on illegal immigration.

U.S. District Judge Richard Gergel granted the federal government's request for an injunction against the law that's set to take effect Jan. 1.

The ruling applies to portions that require law officers to check the status of anyone they stop for something else and suspect is in the country illegally. Gergel also halted the implementation of sections pertaining to the transportation of illegal immigrants and immigrant registration cards.

I’m thinking states need to stand up to the feds.

I’d like to see Rick Perry order the Texas Rangers to arrest any fed attempting to block immigration reform.

NOT....ain’t gonna happen with ol Ricky baby.

Why should the state of South Carolina obey this judge’s order regarding how illegal immigrants are dealt with while the Obama Regime continues to implement it’s DeathCare scheme — even though ObamaCare has been declared unconstitutional more in more than one court? South Carolina should just continue enforcing it laws and tell the feds to go to hell.

The Constitution is a contract between the States.

The central government formed through that contract is the responsibility of the States. They ratified the Constitution and therefore “own” the result.

As we are now painfully aware, our “limited” central government has jumped the rails, badly, and the signers of the contract — the 50 free and sovereign States — must now take action to correct the problem.

Doesn’t even ONE of the several States have the stones to stand up to Washington?

And if JUST ONE State (or better yet, many) were to stand up to the New Tyranny, We The People would turn out in droves ... armed if requested ... to ensure a satisfactory result.
