I told you Russia was upset because the US successfully tested an hypersonic on-the-fly guided nuclear missile. In ‘fairness’ they want the technology and plans on how to build one to maintain the balance of power aka MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction).

I’m sure the US has contingency plans to target (besides Russia, et al) Canada’s strategic military sites, just in case they fell into the wrong hands, but Russia wants us to ignore the pacts it has with China and Iran.
