Not at all sure if the decline can be reversed. It might be that the death of western civilization is now inevitable, and we are headed for a new dark ages. Muslim birth rates are sky high everywhere. They will be a majority in Europe in another generation. They are breeding in, and immigrating to, the US as well. Combine the muslim threat with the help they get from their useful idiots on the left, and our civilization is in grave peril.
