Wasn’t Carl Kruger one of the NY State Senate Dems who opposed same-sex marriage but later changed his mind and voted for it?

Wikipedia also cites a New York Times article that claims that, until Kruger did a 180 on same-sex marriage, his opposition to same-sex marriage had caused his live-in girlfriend’s gay nephew to cut off contact with his aunt (Kruger girlfriend). So when Kruger switched to supporting same-sex marriage he switched teams as well, and he dumped his live-in girlfriend to move in with a gay gynecologist? I think that Kruger would rather have people talk about how he took a million dollars in bribes instead of about his other perversions.
