Gingrich needs to be prepared for Megyn Kelly's intense challenge to his published "Plan" regarding what should be done about activist judges and courts, such as those in the 9th Circuit. She has, today, interviewed both Gonzalez and Mukasy on the dangers of that Plan, while allowing a few moments to for Mukasy to point out "any" good points the Plan may have.

The signal has been sent that this will be a new area for Romney to attack with his usual one-liner zinger (meaning that he can fire at will without having to provide a substantive answer, other than promising to appoint strict constructionist judges). Haven't we heard that before????

The former Massachusetts governor fanned out across New York City yesterday, mixing fund-raising with a media blitz in which he called the former House speaker “zany.”

Does Mitty get all his zingers from "Father Knows Best"?

Hijinks will ensue tonight.....
