Napolitano asks ICE for 'mass migration plan'

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has requested that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) develop a strategy for how to provide "health care, sheltering" and other services to immigrants in the event of a significant increase in immigration to the United States.

"DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, according to a statement by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, recently directed ICE to develop a national-level mass migration plan," Government Services News reports. "The plan will outline how to address the health care, sheltering, processing, transition and disposition of large numbers of undocumented individuals who may arrive in the U.S. as the result of mass migration."

"It's really all about preparedness," explained Mike Webster, ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations Incident Response Unit acting unit chief. DHS is calling for the plan in order to prepare for instances for mass migration to the America, such as in the 1990s when "thousands of Haitians and Cubans [immigrated] into South Florida," GNS explained.

The plan is billed as a national security measure, authorized under the Presidential Policy Directive on National Preparedness.

IMO we should have a plan to accept Christians from the Middle East who will be killed by Muslims when the Muslims start their killing sprees in the Middle east, but I would bet these are not the people she has in mind./

Simple, you establish a line between you and the invading hordes, a line of infantry armed with machine guns backed up with mortors and artillary. Establish a no mans zone we now call a free fire zone and conduct both random artillary barrages and sortees by various strike aircraft. In front of the infantry ensure that area is mined. Obama has until November to add as many new bureaucracies and public service union (for votes and donations) jobs as possible.

I see this differently. Is this not a way to move people when there is a big uprising within the US that “forces” the administration to declare a state of emergency and move citizens from their homes for their own protection. Remember this is happening at the same time that Obama wants to start his own personal army.
