Agree.
To hear people call Newt a conservative is very disappointing. He believes in government picking winners and losers. He believes in government doing great things. He is clear that he believes in a Hamiltonian view of the constitution. Most of all Newt believes that he is the One, not Obama, to bring us all the great things the government can do.
Agreed. At heart Newt Gingrich is an authoritarian with no regard whatsoever for the tenets of the Constitution. He has no conscience for the consequences of government action to the individual if it is deemed in the best interest of the masses.
Besides being terrible at executing a vision and having the temperament of a hypocritical spoiled brat. The idea of a TV Newt is fun and entertaining. The real thing I could never, ever support.
