Sarah Palin told Fox Business Network today that she will not be endorsing a candidate in the next few weeks.

“Not before Iowa,” Palin said, in an interview set to air at 10 p.m. EST on FBN. “And Iowa’s not the end of the road. It’s the beginning of the road really. Newt Gingrich, I believe, has risen in the polls because he has been a bit more successful than Romney in reaching out to that base of constitutional conservatives who are part of the tea party movement.

[....]

She said she was “most interested” in seeing in who Ron Paul, if he does not win the nomination, endorses, citing his strong record on “domestic spending issues.”

Leading from behind?

OTOH, I appreciate her staying out of the way and letting the primaries select among those who haven’t quit.

What an ass! Why was that comment even necessary? There’s a lot of people here who still care what she thinks. You don’t. Nothing wrong with that but aren’t we beyond smarmy, immature comments about something that has no bearing on your life?

RP won’t endorse any of them. Other than RP, only Perry has shown an inclination to reduce the cost and scope of the Federal Government and there’s too much bad blood between those two.

We ain’t no haters. We love’er and ‘er family. Just wish she keeps away for a winter or two. She is the reason this primary process turned into a celebrity circus. And I ain’t want her circus’in further.

I am a declared Perry supporter. No need to run no where.

“She is the reason this primary process turned into a celebrity circus. And I ain’t want her circus’in further.”

Do tell us why that is the case. Most of us would strongly disagree with your opinion.

You mean, I need to remind you of the “won’t she, will she” circus and the “I am still thinking about it circus” and crashing on Ames circus, and bashing Perry and Perry alone in the “big iowa speech” circus?

My god. Lot of good candidates probably hung back and did not enter the race not knowing what this lady would do, until she finally said she is not party to the candidacy any more.

Now, she is most interested in Ron Paul circus.

Good grief. Hibernate this winter already.

Today, my personal endorsement doesn't amount to a hill of beans..

As Sherman Potter (who passed away today) used to say; “horsehockey”.

You are saying that Palin didn't have the right to consider if she should run or not run?? Ridiculous idea. She had every right to consider running as long as she did

If any candidates hung back; then it just shows they didn't have the drive to compete.

Nothing kept anyone from getting into the ring and making the case for their self.

Oh btw, I said this before and will say again. She must be playing a shrewd 2016 game where she bashes and trashes 2012 list (her latest “honorific” mention of Paul confirms for me) and lets Obama get re-elected.

There is no other explanation for what she did and continues to do.

“That is all the PalinBots have to show for.”

So if you can't argue with facts, you want to call names? Palin sure does stir people up.

She said for 2 years she would do things her way; and people get their thong undies in a bunch when she actually does things her way.

She had her chance to make a difference and hauled ass. I’m no longer interested in anything she says.

In fact she needs to shut her piehole, and let the real conservatives choose our candidate.
