Rove runs the super PAC American Crossroads, which shares a board member with Romneys own super PAC And that tells you all you need to know...

Restore our Future? ROF?? (time travel?)
Don’t these Political Action Committees have to sponsor a specific candidate or platform in order to collect money?

I don’t think Karl is as popular as he might think, so this may just backfire on him/Romney.

While Rove continues his attacks, the left is gearing up to finish Newt off. If you’ve got the stomach, read Roger Simon’s vile attack in politico. The first of a title wave. I dislike Newt but no one merits such a simpering, arrogant blast as Simons. There will be no open and free election in 2012.

Bush, Rove, Romney are all the same.
And remember Bush & Rove supported KBH's bid to unseat Rick Perry as Governor.
Rove was attacking Perry over the ranch rock when his poll numbers were up.
So Team Bush is squarely behind Willard.

Rove speaks of organization but he has no legitimate way to measure the heart of true conservatives who will crawl across broken glass to prevent Romney from getting the moticvation. The coalescing behind Gingrich overpowers the organizational weaknesses Rove perceives.

Taking Newt out of the equation for a moment... As one who worked on a several major Republican campaigns during the Bush-43 years I can say first hand that Rove has nothing but contempt for grassroots conservatives.

Many have said this election is going to be a referendum on Obama. But, it could also be a referendum on Karl Rove.
I'd hope it could be a referendum on the beltway, but the way the polls are going that ain't going to happen. Newt is an idea man but, he is not about to rock the beltway boat. He'd be hugging Nancy again in a matter of weeks, I fear.

Remember how furious the arrogant, pompous Rove was when O’Connell beat the establishment republican, Castle to run against Coons? the republican party would not give her any funding...she was the Tea Party Candidate and Rove is anti Tea Party.
Rove wants Romney and is shocked at how well Newt is doing without the big bucks Romney has...I am fed up with Fox News

Rove is a hired campaign manager.
If grass roots can be done for free.
who needs “a Rove”, just like the internet exposed the fake reporters of the newspapers, the grassroots have negated the need for “any rove”.
this is a personal turf war
