Oh yeah, make it 'illegal'. That will stop it from happening again.

Maybe it'll keep a few of 'em in jail for awhile. Or they can just do nothing.

I believe what they did is already illegal and should have landed them in jail already.

But yeah, more laws and ‘maybe’ that will do the trick.
