Any time Newt has a microphone, it’s a risky situation for him. We’ll see if any news is made. For Huntsman, it’s a no-brainer. Nothing to lose, everything to gain, even though he’ll never catch on with the base.

The funny thing is that Huntsman is a pretty conservative fellow...unfortunately, he bit on the “serve your country” China thing with Obama and now is dead to Conservatives...

You could have said the same thing about McCain in 2008, however he still won, over the LOUD objections of many conservatives (especially those here on FR).

But it’s different with Huntsman, as Huntsman is FAR more conservative than McCain, and more conservative than Mitt & Newt. He can win.
