How a bullet list of the main points in Newt’s speech covering his energy policy?

Not sure what you are asking, but there is discussion about energy/EPA throughout the speech and Q & A session. Near the beginning of his speech he talks about expanding energy production with part of proceeds going back to Feds and States. THAT I like and it is similar to what Palin did in Alaska.
