1) Acknowledge the electoral reality early
2) Indirectly call a majority of white working voters "racists" for not supporting him in 2012
3) Attempt to "guilt" a segment of white working voters to supporting him again
4) Avoid Obama's policy failures, not his skin color, that have lead many white working voters to abandon him.
