If this story is true, someone should be arrested.
Sadly, this is the political norm in Wisconsin. This is why ACORN has set up shop in Milwaukee, Madison and elsewhere (the same can be said of the Twin Cities in Minnesota too).
The election laws established in largely white communities by liberals and progressives, which were unusually open ended, are readily exploited by vote fraudsters. Remember, Minnesota and Wisconsin permit same day voter registration and balloting!
