This is going to give him a ten point bump! And for all the Freepers out there who kept saying Cain was pro Muslim - and you know who you are — hahaha!

BTW: If I were advising any other campaign - I’d say go as hard as possible at the Muslims right now and get in on this. This is better than being Keith Olbermann’s “worst person in the world” winner.

Well then it's a good thing you're not such an adviser, as such ham-handedness has no place in a Presidential campaign and would earn Mr. Cain the label of "zealous bigot." Yet seeing as you are an advocate for Newt, perhaps this "advice" is intentionally less than might appear.

Mr. Cain needn't attack Islam in any other respect than to point out the prevalent evil of disproportionate government protection of Islam versus its systematic attacks on Judeo-Christianity as an even worse evil. Hence he would be focusing upon something rightly and Constitutionally within his powers as President. He can then attack any violent group with the maxim, "Advocating religious violence is not tolerable as a free exercise of religion." People can then draw their own conclusions combining the two ideas.

That would be politically effective without wearing the brand of "religious bigot" which, given your posting on behalf of a secular Gingrich (as opposed to Mr. Cain), I'm certain you would love to see.

Well, it might if Americans paid attention... but I doubt they are.
