I explained how. So it is a matter of will.

If KU does not desire to play UMo or vice-versa, then it was not much of a rivalry to begin with and they wont. If it is important to KU and UMo to play, then they will play. Everything I have read including what you have said, indicates KU is the one bailing on the “rivalry.” That is certainly KU’s right, but it really shows it was not much of a rivalry afterall.

Missouri walked away from the rivalry so please drop the pretense that it's all KUs fault. They chose money over tradition, and now they want to have their cake and eat it too. No.
