SNIPPET: “A grand jury decision against Jose Pimentel, the Harlem man accused of building pipe bombs in an alleged terrorist plot, was postponed until January during a hearing Monday.

During the brief hearing, the prosecutor and Pimentel’s court-appointed attorney told the judge that they agreed to extended the time allotted for a grand jury to weigh terrorism, conspiracy and weapons charges.”
