Prayers for St. Peter’s parishoners.
Great place for a revival. Maybe some of them can come here and show us how it’s done.
I know one who did. He was a Christian who, after graduating from college in Pakistan was offered a well-paying job with the state broadcasting agency. However, in order to take the job, he would have to convert to Islam. Unwilling to do so, he turned the offer down and later came to the US, where he served as a pastor in several Methodist churches, where he admonished his flocks to "focus on Jesus."
That’s a great story. It’s a good reason to smile, and something else to pray for today when we get to church. Thanks for posting
