I just watched a talk given at BYU by Senator Lieberman. It was very enlightening! He mentioned that Jews wear sacred under garments. I did not know that. Now the Mormon haters may start attacking the Jews and making fun of them for the underwear choices . . . if they will be consistent in their mocking.
Lieberman also reminded everyone about how JFK was pilloried for his religious beliefs and he quoted from the great JFK speech on the subject. He connected the dots to Romney and Huntsman hoping that Americans had risen above their prejudice and bigotry.

Jews are under the Law (Old Testament), Christians are under Grace (New Testament). When Jesus was Crucified the Temple curtain was torn from top to bottom, removing the secrets, opening up the Temple for all, no more garments, no more secret ceremonies.
Sandy Christians are free from the “secret” undergarments of the Jews. Secret undergarments are not Biblical for Christians.

Because THEY DON”T. Orthodox Jews wear sacred garments (like the tallit) under their street clothes (often not always). Not the same as LDS holy underwear.
