Romney has a great family; he is a good father, husband, grandfather; he has lived a clean family-oriented life; he is a good man; he saved the Olympics; he has a great record of business ventures; he understands and knows how to correct the economy; he is a man of great faith; he is not ashamed of our Savior, Jesus Christ; he is brave and courageous for having to put up with so much false, misleading, and vicious gossip and innuendo - making fun of his faith and lifestyle. It makes me have even more respect for him when I see how some so-called Christians attack him. I also like that he admits he has been wrong in the past on some issues. I trust him. His wife would make a great First Lady. I could go on and on but it is dangerous and sad that on this site I am prevented from sharing my true heart because there will be severe punishment and I have been FReeping courageously since 1998.

There are some things I agree with you on in your statement, however in my opinion Romney’s governance is very liberal and that is why I will not support him for president.

As a side note my lds uncle (former bishop) has told me he is supporting Romney only because he is lds. We have talked about Romney’s political record and it matters not a wit to my uncle. I haven’t talked to my lds friends or other family members, at this point I have decided I’ll wait till the holidays are over, no sense in having blowouts for Thanksgiving or Christmas. ;-)

SV, what did you see in Sandy’s statement that I didn’t? I did not agree with a SINGLE one of her glowing assertions about Romney, and that is aside from the fact that she is mind reading and projecting onto him.
Mitt isn’t honest, he hasn’t admitted mistakes (not honestly0, he didn’t ‘save’ the Olympics, he believes in a false Christ, he isn’t honest or trustworthy, Seriously, I saw Sandy’s comment and thought she had to be talking about someone else because Romney isn’t any of those things and his own record proves that.
