We believe that God’s chosen race is the Jewish race. We believe that we are become “chosen” via Jesus’ sacrifice and our acceptance of that.

Then why do you not practice the faith that Jesus lived and taught his whole life. He never renounced Judaism. The gentiles were to be grafted unto Judaism, not the other way around. (okay back on topic)

I practice what Jesus taught. Expounded upon throughout the New Testament.

That we are made whole via His sacrifice and atonement. We are made whole not by the Law, but by faith in Him.

Kind of the ‘welfare’ version. Reaping benefits without having to DO anything.

Watch your mouth.

If you don’t understand the Gospel, don’t bring it up.

If you just want to be offensive, keep it to yourself.

If you want to discuss the merits (assuming you’re not a Christian and that you are a Jew), why don’t you tell me on how YOU’RE doing with your obedience to the Law and the necessary sacrifices required for your (assumed) deviances from it.

But in a way, you’re right. Jesus did it all for me.

Watch your mouth.

I'll speak the truth, whether you like it or not. The fact that the truth bothers you says more about you.

If you don’t understand the Gospel, don’t bring it up.

Oh, I understand the replacement theology that took place with the corruption of the Hebrew faith that Jesus taught. In fact John warned about it.

1 John 2
18   Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
19   They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

The antichrist and other antichrists were already around when John wrote his epistle.

John makes perfectly clear that MANY antichrists had gone out FROM THEM (early believers) teaching false doctrine regarding Yehoshua.  These "antichrists," or usurpers of the true Messiah, were promoting doctrines that presented a Christ that was in place of or instead of the TRUE Messiah.  They were teaching a "replacement" Messiah.

1 John 4
6   We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

The "spirit of antichrist" is equated to a "spirit of error".  CLEARLY, antichrist represents an error - false teaching - that was (and IS) being spread.

If you just want to be offensive, keep it to yourself.

I'm sorry that the truth offends you.

If you want to discuss the merits (assuming you’re not a Christian and that you are a Jew), why don’t you tell me on how YOU’RE doing with your obedience to the Law and the necessary sacrifices required for your (assumed) deviances from it.

YHWH knew that we would not be perfect and all He asked was that we repent with contrite hearts and keep trying.

Proverbs 24
16 For a righteous man falleth seven times, and riseth up again, but the wicked stumble under adversity.

Jeremiah 7
(21) Thus saith YHWH of hosts, the God of Israel: Add your burnt-offerings unto your sacrifices, and eat ye flesh. (22) For I spoke not unto your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning burnt-offerings or sacrifices; (23) but this thing I commanded them, saying: 'Hearken unto My voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be My people; and walk ye in all the way that I command you, that it may be well with you.' (24) But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in their own counsels, even in the stubbornness of their evil heart, and went backward and not forward,

Micah 6
(6) 'Wherewith shall I come before YHWH, and bow myself before God on high? Shall I come before Him with burnt-offerings, with calves of a year old?
(7) Will YHWH be pleased with thousands of rams, with ten thousands of rivers of oil? Shall I give my first-born for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?'
(8) It hath been told thee, O man, what is good, and what YHWH doth require of thee: only to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God.

Hosea 14
2 Take with you words, and return unto YHWH; say unto Him: 'Forgive all iniquity, and accept that which is good; so will we render for bullocks the offering of our lips.

Maimonides writes:

"For it is distinctly stated in Scripture, and handed down by tradition, that the first commandments communicated to us did NOT include any law at all about burnt offering and sacrifice. You must not see any difficulty in the Passover which was commanded in Egypt; there was a particular and evident need for that....Besides, it was revealed in the land of Egypt, while the laws to which Jeremiah alludes...are those which were revealed after the departure from Egypt. For this reason it is distinctly added "in the day that I brought them out from the land of Egypt"....We have thus proved that the first laws do not refer to burnt offerings and sacrifices, which are of secondary importance."

Thereupon the Holy One, blessed be He, said "Let them at all times offer their sacrifices before Me in the Tabernacle, and they will be weaned from idolatry, and thus be saved." (Rabbi J. H. Hertz, The Pentateuch and Haftorahs, p. 562)

Sacrifices

From the JPS (1917) Jewish Bible Tanakh
8 In full measure, when Thou sendest her away, Thou dost contend with her; He hath removed her with His rough blast in the day of the east wind.
9 Therefore by this shall the iniquity of Jacob be expiated, and this is all the fruit of taking away his sin: when he maketh all the stones of the altar as chalkstones that are beaten in pieces, so that the Asherim and the sun-images shall rise no more.

Their exile was their atonement and no blood was shed and yet there sins were taken away!  Long before Christianity.

But in a way, you’re right.

Thanks for acknowledging that. :)

Good luck with all of that!

It’ll be great for you if you’re right!

Otherwise, not so much.
