Illegal aliens won’t even call the police when they are kidnapped, why would they answer any questions about work, etc?
I don’t believe the stats.
There are 16 states with some form of E-Verify right now. Most just apply to gov't work or contracts. If more states would do it like Alabama, it could snowball.
Despite its legal challenges, Arizona Senate President Russell Pearce, a Republican who is the chief architect of SB1070 -- said the bill is a success. He said more than 100,000 illegal immigrants have left Arizona.
"We've saved over $500 million annually in K-12 (education), declining enrollment," Pearce said. "We're down 500 inmates (in the prison system) from where we were a year ago."
Despite these successes and the tax dollars saved, Pearce was recalled. Incredible.
Even more disturbing is this; note the biased headline and story.
Arizonans who ousted anti-immigration lawmaker set sights on sheriff
" No E-Verify, no public assistance."
" It would be a good begining."
No Photo Voter ID=NO VOTE
ILLEGAL aliens are bolder these days. If they will speak to the media, they'll answer a poll question.

And in California . . . no free college degree.
California is now as bad as TX.
Despite the headline, neither the story nor the research say anything about wages. The research does address total employment and finds that Arizona lost jobs faster than inland California or Nevada, Utah and New Mexico. The program has proven very successful in destroying jobs.
Make that sign say “are eligible to fund their extinction” and it will be on target.
After this exodus of mostly illegal immigrants, wages did not budge for native-born residents, the study found.
Buried in the story was this...
After this exodus of mostly illegal immigrants, wages did not budge for native-born residents, the study found.
Again
I don’t know what to believe anymore. I know they were strong enough to force AZ Senator Russell Pearce out of office.
The research shows no such thing. It does address the effect of the recession on total employment.
LAWA is a great success. 92,000 more jobs available to legal residents.
The savings in welfare, education and health care services alone has been terrific.
“I dont know what to believe anymore. I know they were strong enough to force AZ Senator Russell Pearce out of office”
Recall financed by the DNC and Soros
And never one good or truthful word about Pearce on local news or talk radio.
“E-Verify, what the hell is that?”
Sincerely, Governor Perry.
