A Boston judge on Wednesday ordered the city not to remove Occupy Boston protesters or their tents from their encampment in the citys financial district without court approval, except in an emergency.
Suffolk Superior Court Judge Frances McIntyre granted the temporary restraining order sought by Occupy Boston after a lengthy court hearing.
The protesters filed a lawsuit against the city Tuesday, saying they were concerned they could be forced out in the middle of the night as Occupy protesters in New York City were this week.
McIntyres order is temporary. The judge said she will hear additional arguments on Dec. 1 on Occupy Bostons request for an injunction, which, if granted, would be in effect while the lawsuit is pending in court.
Under the order, the city must refrain from removing the protesters, their tents and their personal belongings except in an emergency such as a fire, medical emergency or an outbreak of violence. The city also has the right to seek a court order to authorize removal of the protesters.

What the he!!, Boston is a toilet anyway.

Nobody said anything about putting them out; seems really strange to get a TRO on something that hasn't happened.
OTOH, all the others are being evicted across the country. My own opinion is that public opinion has turned against them, and Obama decided that those particular useful idiots are no longer useful. Boston just hasn't got the phone call yet.

Boston is a beautiful city.
The Old State House.
Boston, Massachusetts
On July 18, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was proclaimed from the east side balcony to jubilant crowds by Col. Thomas Crafts (one of the Sons of Liberty). At one o'clock Col. Crafts rose in the Council Chamber and read it to the members.[7] Then, fellow patriot Sheriff William Greenleaf attempted to read it from the balcony, but he could only muster a whisper. Col. Crafts then stood next to the sheriff and read it from the balcony in a stentorian tone. For most people, it was a festive occasion, as about two-thirds of Boston residents supported the revolution.~Wikipedia

When the occupation of public land takes precedent over the rule of law, anarchy takes place.
If local law enforcement is overwhelmed or their hands tied, it becomes the Governor that has to re-establish lawful order, or it is up to the law-abiding citizenry to aid in the enforcement of the law.

Boston is a toilet anywayBoston is my favorite American city. I find it spectacular. That said, it evidently has its share of hard-left judges.

Then this judge should be held responsible for rapes, murders, disease.

Wonderfully historic buildings, terrific restaurants and a liberal sewer mentality. I’ll stick by my statement.
