I believe that they would have used “questionable” information gathered by SEIU door-to-door “salesman” (that has been misrepresenting the information that folks have been signing) to declare all child-care workers to be unionized. At least these folks have a fighting chance, although they didn’t ask for or want to be unionized, so I’m not sure why Dayton is making them vote.
