Mass arrests starting now. (9:00 a.m. Eastern)
This is anarchy.
Police calm and very professional, no tear gas yet. They are not giving the scumbag demonstrators the truncheons and broken heads that they really want for PR purposes.

Some contemptible weasel on that channel wondered whether anyone had a copy of the Constitution, available to burn on camera. I bet he can solve a People’s Cube (an all-red Rubik’s cube) without the instruction book.

I thought the OWSers were going to Cal State Berkely to take over that campus.
Wonder what happened to that brilliant plan?

The current broadcaster just stated they will be doing Yoga in the streets.
Yanni psyops planned against the police.

Here is a post I made on last nights thread regarding the mayor who himself is far left:
Though he has the same name as one of the original supporters of the Boston tea party, [Mayor Sam] Adams is no way cut from the same cloth. In one interview on CNN this p.m. he was apologetic as he could be about ordering police to take action saying he supports OWS, social justice, and that the police were not using rubber bullets or tear gas to displace the demonstrators. Of course, knowing that the police dont really mean business has just strengthened the protesters and emboldens them.
Last time I was in Portland a couple of years ago, it was a homeless and runaway heaven with the police leaving them alone to live on the stoops, beg, do drugs, soil the sidewalks and gutters, etc. How the people of Portland can stand to have what is a beautiful city continually subjected to the dregs of society and lazy bums occupying parks and downtown areas is beyond me. The OWS organizers had a ready group of supporters willing to take up positions and protest given the liberal tolerance already in place in the city.
