The Occupy Salt Lake folk have been challenging the oncoming winter for a bit too.

Food vendors should sue the city ... Occupers set up kitchens and cook on site - without permits or permission.
Hot dog vendors should be able to do the same... families that don't want to go to a camp site can set up tents in our city parks too. It's good for liberals, it's good for the rest of us...
