These are very good points made by the Cain people. If this lady rolled up to the mics with some generic attorney who also acts as her tax accountant, this would be more believable and sincere. Hiring Allred changes all of that. As it stands, none of her statements or actions make any sense.

I just saw Cain on Jimmy Kimmel live. Kimmel asked him how his day was. It was pretty interesting, and I can see Cain’s appeal.
That said, there were more members of Team Jacob, Taylor Lautner of Twilight was on before Cain. There was a group of Hermanator t-shirt wearing people in the Audience.

Kimmel asked Cain about his wife being a Democrat. Cain stated she is a Democrat, but that doesn’t mean she always votes Democrat.

Also, Kimmel joked that maybe Cain should hire Gloria Allred as his attorney. Cain stated, “I can’t think of anything I’d want to hire that woman to do for me.”

A good American who “wants to do the right thing” would have spoken up immediately. She wouldn’t have waited until her “attacker” was way ahead in the polls. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and looks like a duck, it’s probably a duck. Bankruptcies and job problems - maybe. Add in all the lawsuits and not having come forward immediately. Then add in having called Alred. QUACK QUACK, she’s no R/Tea member.
