A good American who “wants to do the right thing” would have spoken up immediately. She wouldn’t have waited until her “attacker” was way ahead in the polls. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and looks like a duck, it’s probably a duck. Bankruptcies and job problems - maybe. Add in all the lawsuits and not having come forward immediately. Where do you practice this "professional" skill?

The only one I know who was ever good at it was Clinton, except in his case it was not slander, and the news media went out of their way to cover it over.

I doubt Romney, Perry etc. would do much better. Gingrich certainly did not. Whatever candidate you want on the GOP side, this is what is coming from the left and the media to any and all of them, if they establish a lead and might beat the incumbent. Exactly.
