Wow, that I did not know. The guy who they found his hard drive in the river? Gricar? He was the DA on this?

Is that in the grand jury report or do you have another link?

I’d like to check out the details, thanks.

first thing our President should do is to get a vote to overturn this insane policy of allowing homosexuals/cross dressers to serve openly.

The whole life of a homosexual is about the way they get off

People are still in denial about this. How about this quote:

They are going to have to break out of their denial, because it is all over the news and is no longer just being covered by the sports media.

Gricar was the DA in the 1998 case where they got Sandusky on tape. He declined to prosecute. Sandusky 'retired' the next year. Gricar announce in 2005 that he was going to retire. Shortly before his retirent date he disappeared.

What is it that is supposed to have happened and where?

Well, you can read newspaper articles, or you can go straight to the Grand Jury Presentment. If you skim double-spaced pages 6 through 10 . . . you'll be up to date on the 2002 anal rape of a ten-year-old boy by a former Penn State football coach with emeritus status, in the showers at a Penn State athletic facility, and the cover up.

If you want to read more, you'll find out there were more kids involved, and that officials at Penn State knew about it earlier, but the guy still had keys to the buildings, the right to bring boys on campus from The Second Mile Program, and emeritus status.

I'll let you draw your own conclusion about what Joe Paterno knew, and whether he could or should have done more.

“This is not about a football team or a university; it is about child sexual abuse and the culture that allowed it to continue. These children are scarred for life.

Well, this is actually, unfortunately, "par for the course" for the Big 10...which was the "Big 11" before Nebraska even joined...so much for "math" being a "university specialty!"

I think it's still hard for Pedo State University to compete with Kinsey's university -- The University of Indiana.

Kinsey's "studies" would include people who would masturbate/abuse infants as part of their "Table 34" studies.

See The Children of Table 34 Per this DVD: One chapter in the Male volume, titled "Early Sexual Growth and Activity," focused on child sexuality--primarily, children's responses to sexual stimulation from other children or adults. Essentially, this was simply child molestation with a patina of scientific research applied to it. How this data was collected, who conducted it, and what became of the children were questions left unanswered by Kinsey.

Yet, this has been sanctioned for more than half a century by Indiana & the Big 10.

The "culture" at Pedo State University protected football coaches; the "culture" at the University of Indiana has protected and even enshrined Kinsey as a "pioneer" all these years.

With these two universities anchoring the Big 10, it's time for the rest of the Big 10 to look elsewhere rather than have their reputation besmirched with the likes of these two "institutions."

This is the same kind of issue as what was occurring in the 1970s. Stanford University was refusing to play BYU because of BYU's openly racist policies. IOW, Stanford objected to BYU's racist culture.

You know how sick this country is? Today I heard Arne Duncan, the man who pushed the homo agenda on MA schools, try to decry this man's behavior.

See this at the link...

On June 7, 2011, President Obama’s Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan, spoke at the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) Youth Summit via video. Secretary Duncan stated:

I’m absolutely thrilled that Capital Pride Week is being kicked off with such an important and historic event…. My commitment to LGBT students is unequivocal and it goes back to when I first supported a charter school for LGBT students in Chicago…. I’m pleased to announce we are also releasing a new ‘Dear Colleague’ letter. It clarifies the rights of students to form clubs, such as gay-straight alliances, under the Equal Access Act…. Schools must treat all student-initiated clubs equally, including those of LGBT students. I’m so proud to have the department host this year’s first ever federal LGBT youth summit. We seek to promote a new and unprecedented level of commitment in protecting LGBT students (“Secretary Arne Duncan…,” 2011, emp. added).

Sandusky should be hanged by his neck until dead from the goal post on the Penn State football field. Paterno and anyone else who knew of this outrage should be flogged within an inch of their lives at the fifty yard line at halftime.

From the Grand Jury Presentment: This is in 2002 and just breaking now, and bear in mind that its clear the University knew of Sandusky's sexual abuse earlier, which is why he was no longer a Penn State Coach. He was given emeritus status, had an office, keys, and full use of facilities to bring boys on campus from The Second Mile program.

On a Friday evening about 9:30, a graduate assistant went to the Penn State locker room to place a new pair of sneakers in a locker. He heard the 'rhythmic sound' of sex and saw two people in a shower stall: a naked ten-year-old boy with his hands against the wall, and a naked Sandusky anally raping the kid.

The two of them saw the graduate assistant. The graduate assistant didn't try and stop it (first mistake). The graduate assistant didn't call the police (second mistake). The graduate assistant went to a phone in an office in the building and called his father, who said "come home, we need to talk about this." They agreed that he should tell Paterno. I don't know how late it was by then (the Presentment doesn't say). So they wait until the next morning to call Paterno (mistake number three).

Saturday morning, the graduate assistant calls Paterno and is asked to come to Paterno's house. After hearing what the graduate assistant has to say on Saturday morning, Paterno waits until Sunday to contact Athletic Director Curley (mistake number four).

Paterno doesn't tell the AD about any anal rape. He says there may have been "fondling" or "something of a sexual nature." (mistake number five: call anal rape "anal rape", not fondling). Sometime in the next week and a half (it may have been that day; the Presentment is not specific, Paterno meets with AD Curley and Senior Vice President for Business and Finance Schultz. The head of the University Police reports to Shultz, but Schultz is not the University Police.

Schultz says that he was told something "disturbing" and "Inappropriate" happened, and that Sandusky may have grabbed a boy's genitals while "horsing around" and wrestling. (mistake number six: "anal rape" has now become "horsing around"; in a politically correct world, you can no longer yell upstairs "hey kids, quit horsing around!").

Curley and Schultz never contact the University Police or any other law enforcement agency (I've lost track of the number of mistakes) nor try to find out the name of the boy who was raped.

The University Police never interviewed the graduate assistant until after he had testified before the grand jury.

The Presentment is conspicuously missing one fact. It always says what Party A said to Party B. If the two parties disagree, then it tells both sides. Except in one case. It doesn't say what the graduate student claims to have told Joe Paterno. In other words, did the graduate student who tells everyone else he say "anal rape" use those words when he met with Joe Paterno? Because Paterno is said not to be at fault, because he didn't know anal rape was involved, only "fondling" or something of a sexual nature. And yet, Curley says that when he asked the graduate assistant what happened, the graduate assistant said there was no sex, and Curley then asked specifically about anal rape. Why would Curley ask about anal rape if nobody told Curley about anal rape? And Curley got his information from Joe Paterno, so where did Curley hear about anal rape?

Under Pennsylvania law, the legal obligation is for the head of a school to notify authorities about suspected child abuse. Joe Paterno was not the head of Penn State. Morally, you make your own decisions about what additional actions you think Paterno should have taken. You may make your own decisions from the Presentment about what Paterno knew about Sandusky's previous molestations, and the minor penalties imposed by Penn State.

How did Penn State punish Sandusky for anally raping a ten-year-old boy in its athletic showers? AD Curley assured the graduate assistant that they took away Sandusky's keys.

U.S. Rep. Patrick Meehan, (R., Pa.) a former U.S. attorney who has been outspoken on campus safety issues, said he plans to ask the U.S. Department of Education to investigate whether Penn State violated federal law by failing to report and investigate the complaint.

Penn State’s failure to act “may well have created the circumstance to allow later violations to occur,” he said.

Really? That's incredible. And despicable. You'll note I didn't say they took away his keys. I said that Curley assured the graduate assistant who witnesses the rape that they took away Sandusky's keys. And that was in 2002.

How do you get homosexuality out of this story?

CLUE HERE:

"Retired Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky has been charged with sexually assaulting eight boys."

Why haven't authorities asked Paterno to turn himself in? Big 10 football coach allowances on the part of law enforcement?

If what you say is true, I take back what I said earlier that Paterno can resign in a few weeks.

He needs to step down tomorrow.

Law enforcement officials should be ready for a case that could send JoePa to the slammer for the rest of his life. Culpability doesn't stop with the perpetrator...when perpetrators are freed up to target additional victims, then JoePa possibly became party to additional child rapes. That would make JoePa an accessory to child rape. [One crime isn't offset a career that contrasts that...it just doesn't work that way]

The graduate assistant, the cleaning crews and all who witnessed felonies and didn’t report child rapes to the police should also be charged. the parents of all the boys who knew should also be charged for remaining quiet and letting this man continue to have access to their boys and not reporting to the police. outrageous and negligent. they should all go down.

Where were the parents? Where are the victims?

How many of them went from being pedo-victims to homosexuals & therefore reduced the nature of the crimes?

Why no lawsuits vs. Penn State?
